Members of the Yale School of the Environment (YSE) community have easy access to a curated list of global, external funding opportunities for graduate students and postdocs using this new database. The service is maintained by a collaboration among the School’s Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid, Career and Professional Development (CPD), and Research.

The database contains detailed information on research grants, internship stipends, travel funds, tuition scholarships, and other awards of interest to members of the School’s community. Opportunities and deadlines are updated frequently - please check back regularly. We do our best to keep the content of the database current, but if you see an opportunity that appeals to you and whose deadline has passed, click the associated link to see if a new competition has been announced.

AISES Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) Scholarship	AISES is pleased to offer a scholarship program in partnership with Society of Professional Engineering in Aerospace (SPEEA) for the 2022-2023 academic year. Indigenous students interested in an aerospace career pursing an associates, bachelors, or graduate degree in the state of Washington are welcome and encouraged to apply.Awards are $5,000 for the academic year with additional assistance available for students with dependent children. Scholarship Amount $5,000 per academic year for associates, undergraduate, and graduate students. Students with dependent children will also receive preference and may be eligible for additional financial support for childcare via SPEEA-ACE program of up to $5,000.		April 30, 2024	$5,000
All about education scholarship	This scholarship is open to any applicant who is 14 years of age or older and is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) Google Scholarship	The Google Scholarship opportunity meets AISES’ mission-driven objective to support Indigenous students in becoming qualified, STEM professionals through academic scholarship and wrap around support services. With the resources provided by Google, combined with AISES’ 46 years of experience administering scholarships and offering support programs to Indigenous students, AISES believes the recipients will excel in their programs and provide meaningful contributions in the STEM workforce	February 25, 2024	April 30, 2024	$2,500

American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES): AISES Exxonmobil Geosciences (Fieldwork) Scholarship Program	Financing for field work and research for students pursuing degrees in the geosciences.
